Shipping & Returns

Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed (including your order number and shipping method). Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Orders may take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order or backorder items).

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all regions in Indonesia and are working on expanding to other countries soon. Thank you so much for your patience as we expand our international presence.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost will be calculated after you place your order and will be confirmed via email.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns unless they are damaged in transit. Any damaged items returned after 3 days of receipt is not eligible for a refund.

To return a damaged item follow the directions below:

1. Please email nicola@interoindonesia.com with your order number to initiate a return.

2. Please include a picture proof of damaged item upon receiving shipment.

3. We can then email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with the required necessary return commercial invoice.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed.
